Boston Somatic Therapy is a trauma‑informed therapy practice dedicated to helping adults and teens navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, resilience, and authenticity. Our approach blends somatic therapy, EMDR, clinical expertise, and heartfelt care to support clients in reconnecting with their bodies, processing unresolved experiences, and strengthening their emotional well-being.
