Boston Somatic Therapy blends therapy for motivated adults with a body-based approach that honors your nervous system’s natural capacity to heal and regulate after experiencing trauma or chronic stress.
Our work is collaborative and attuned, integrating Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, trauma-informed yoga and talk therapy. Together, we create space for you to reconnect with your body and expand your capacity to move through life with more flexibility and resilience.
While we can’t change the past or control the future, we can support you in cultivating a deeper sense of inner safety, groundedness, and agency in the present moment.
We offer in-person sessions in East Boston, as well as telehealth sessions throughout Massachusetts, Maine and Rhode Island.
