Part-Time Therapist - Boston Somatic Therapy, Inc

Position: Part-Time Therapist (W2 Employee)
Reports to: Practice Owner - LICSW
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid or In-Person)

Overview:
Boston Somatic Therapy, Inc is seeking a licensed therapist to provide trauma-informed therapy with a focus on Somatic Experiencing and other body-based approaches. This is a part-time position with the potential for increased hours based on caseload and business needs. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing somatic and trauma-informed approaches

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with practice policies and HIPAA standards

• Collaborate with the practice owner on case consultations and treatment planning

• Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings as needed

• Attend to continuing education requirements to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills
  
  

Qualifications:

• Master's level degree or above, current independent licensure required - LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD/Psyd, MD in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in good standing.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with a focus on trauma and somatic modalities

• Strong clinical skills in trauma-informed therapy, somatic experiencing,EMDR, and/or Internal Family Systems or other mind-body modalities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
